PAYMENTS
Tournament fees MUST to be paid before teams will be placed on the bracket no exceptions. Payments can be MAILED made trough pay pal or Venmo. Payments must be received on Monday week of the event to be included in the bracket.

UMPIRE FEES
Each team is responsible for paying one (1) umpire per game... It is pay at the plate and should be taken care of BEFORE the game starts...
7u and 8u: 9U through 12U 13U and 14U
$30 per game $40 per game $45 per game
REFUND/RAIN OUT POLICY
Top Tier Tournaments makes it our goal to provide a great tournaments from start to finish. However, due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control a tournament may have to be shortened, postponed or cancelled. TTT Events utilizes the following refund policy.
**ZERO (0) Games played - Cancellation of tournament due to weather, a full refund will be given or you can receive full entry fee credit towards another TTT event which ever you prefer.
**ONE (1) Games played – ½ credit towards any other Top Tier Tournament event
**TWO (2) Games played - NO REFUND - This is considered a complete tournament and pool game placing will determine Champions and Finalist if all pool games in the division have been played...
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
ALL TEAMS - NO REFUND will be issued for any team that withdraws from the tournament after brackets have been posted for the tournament. Any team withdrawing from a tournament will NOT be eligible for a monetary refund. Your team will receive credit towards another Top Tier Tournament.
